Join us for a casual, fun and informative workshop with the RD's touching on:

Gear - What's recommended, required and our personal favourites
Course - We do a quick course review, identifying some of the athlete's typical high and low points
Nutrition - Samples? Yep! We'll give recommendations on fuelling your body for success at our race!
Aid Stations - You'll know exactly what to expect from our aid stations
When Ish Goes Sideways - You'll be briefed on safety, what resources we have available and how to take care of yourself (or someone else)
Q&A - We'll leave time, bring your questions!

PIzza, non-alcoholic beverages and nutrition samples will be provided.
