Who the Experience Flow 3 is for
For runners who want Altra's roomy fit with a small heel drop and an easy forward roll. Rocker geometry keeps transitions fluid on steady runs and long outings, and the lightweight Altra EGO P35 foam stays springy enough when you pick up the pace while still feeling settled. An updated engineered mesh upper breathes better on warm days, and a redesigned heel collar adds comfort at the back of the shoe.

The 3 has a noticeably roomier toe box, an updated engineered mesh upper for better airflow and a redesigned heel collar. Prefer zero drop? Try the Torin 9.
