That way, your back can enjoy unfettered freedom, which can be pretty comfortable on hot days. Of course, the running belt also is well suited as a complement to a running vest when you have a lot of gear to carry on the trails. Aside from the large pocket for a 500 ml flask, the belt also boasts two smaller pockets as well as a zip pocket for money or a key. On the back, the belt has two adjustable pole attachments. How to measure:
Mondopoint
The mondopoint is the length of your foot in centimeters. Measure from your big toe to your heel. Key is to always round up to the next mondopoint size. For example, if your foot length is 27.3 cm, select boots with a mondopoint size of 27.5. The mondopoint for women, men and children is the same.
