The Saucony Endorphin Elite 3 is a carbon-plated road racing shoe for race day. It’s Saucony’s fastest, lightest racer yet, the one you lace up when the bib is pinned and the goal time is on the line.
Who the Endorphin Elite 3 is for
Made for racers chasing a PB and nothing else. Saucony rates incrediRUN as industry-leading for energy return, and the new slotted carbon plate works with SpeedRoll for aggressive propulsion when it’s time to send it over the final kilometres. The lightweight race-fit upper stays secure and irritation-free, the PWRTRAC carbon-rubber outsole grips at race pace, and it’s vegan with recycled materials.
It’s sold in unisex sizing and runs slightly small with a narrow toe box, so we recommend going up a half size. Coming from the Endorphin Elite 2? The 3 gets a newly designed slotted plate and a new racing-fit upper. Not sure which Endorphin to pick? The Elite 3 is the softest and most race-focused, the Endorphin Pro 5 is firmer and doubles as a tempo-day shoe, and the Endorphin Speed 5 is the everyday trainer for faster workouts.
