The Inov8 F-Lite Wide is a low-drop cross training shoe for gym sessions that mix running, lifting, jumping and climbing. Light, flexible and highly breathable, it's the one shoe you can wear from warm-up to cooldown without a second thought.
Who the F-Lite Wide is for
For athletes whose workouts switch between cardio and lifting without missing a beat. The POWERFLOW MAX midsole and BOOMERANG FOOTBED give bounce and energy return for high-impact moves while keeping the rigidity you need for lifting, and a MET-CRADLE overlay wraps the midfoot like a supportive glove. A one-piece engineered air mesh upper keeps things breathable, reinforced toe overlays guard against stubs on weights, and ROPETEC in the arch protects on rope climbs.
Most of our customers find Inov8 runs small, so we recommend going up a half to a full size. Want an even more grounded feel for lifting? The zero-drop Bare-XF V2 Wide has no midsole at all.
