The Coros Heart Rate Monitor is an arm-worn optical heart rate sensor that gives runners chest-strap-style data without the chest strap. Slip it onto your bicep, forget about it, and let it feed steady numbers to your watch through every interval.
It suits runners, cyclists and gym regulars who want reliable heart rate data but find chest straps uncomfortable. The multi-channel optical sensor sits snugly against the upper arm, and wear detection switches it on and pairs it automatically when you start a workout. It talks to several Bluetooth devices at once, so your watch, bike computer or app can all listen in.
