The Outdoor Research Helium Rain Jacket for women is a lightweight packable rain jacket that stuffs into its own hand pocket, made for hiking, off-trail adventures and daily commutes. This updated version of Outdoor Research’s best-seller adds two zippered hand pockets to a shell that has been trusted since 2010.

Take it on rainy trail runs, wet hikes and crowded-train commutes. It feels light and unfussy, with elastic cuffs, a cinchable hem and an adjustable hood to keep rain out. Bluesign-approved Pertex Shield Diamond Fuse nylon offers excellent durability and abrasion resistance, and the left hand pocket doubles as the stuff sack.

Aquaguard zippers help keep the weather out. Shopping for him? The men’s Helium Rain Jacket uses the same Pertex Shield Diamond Fuse fabric. Want lighter and more breathable? The women’s Helium UL Jacket is Outdoor Research’s next-generation version.
