The Inov8 RoadFly is a lightweight road running shoe for daily runs on pavements, paths and city streets. It's a road shoe built with trail-running know-how, for runners whose routes are more cracked sidewalks and patched-up paths than perfect tarmac.
Who the RoadFly is for
For everyday runners and walkers who want a firm, responsive ride with a little trail toughness for uneven roads and paths. A MET-CRADLE forms a supportive cradle between the top of your foot and the arch for a locked-in feel on broken ground, and a Meta Flex groove works with your foot's natural flex. The BOOMERANG FOOTBED and POWERFLOW PRO foam add bounce on hard surfaces, the rubber outsole holds on slick roads, and a gusseted tongue plus reflective details up front make early morning runs easier.
Like most Inov8 shoes, it fits small, so go up a half to a full size, and you'll find the toe box wide and roomy. This is the Wide version; it also comes in standard width. Spending more of your week on dirt than pavement? The TrailFly V2 brings POWERFLOW PRO foam to hard-ground trails.
