The Inov8 Bare-XF V2 Wide is a zero-drop, barefoot training shoe for lifting, functional fitness, running and walking. With no midsole at all, it's about as close to the ground as a shoe gets, made for anyone who wants to feel every rep through their feet.
Who the Bare-XF V2 Wide is for
Made for gym-goers who want less shoe and more feel, from heavy lifts and box work to a quick run between stations. The NATURALFIT shape gives a wide toe box that lets your toes splay, while Inov8's own rubber balances high grip with longevity. A ROPE-TEC MET-CRADLE locks in the heel and midfoot and shields against rope friction, and KPU overlays add durability to the lightweight air mesh upper.
Most people find Inov8 fits small, so we recommend going up a half to a full size. Coming from the original Bare-XF? The V2 adds more protection from rope friction and a more secure heel and midfoot, plus KPU overlays in place of the old 3D overlays for better durability. Want some cushioning for cardio-heavy sessions? Try the F-Lite Wide.
