Description
The Petzl Core Battery is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for Petzl headlamps built on the HYBRID CONCEPT design, swapping disposable AAAs for USB-C charging. It is the upgrade that makes a standard-battery lamp cheaper to run, and a handy spare for lamps that already use one.
It suits frequent night runners and anyone who burns through AAA batteries all winter. Petzl pitches it as the long-lasting, economical choice for frequent or intensive use, while standard batteries suit occasional outings. Petzl also says the full lifespan of one CORE battery equals about 900 standard batteries, which means far less waste in the junk drawer.
It fits the Actik, Actik Core, Tikka, Nao LT and IKO Core headlamps we carry.
