The Black Diamond Distance Carbon Z Poles are Black Diamond's lightest Z-Pole, a fixed-length folding carbon running pole engineered for those who travel fast. They weigh next to nothing in the hand and fold small enough to forget they are on your vest.
They suit ultra runners and fast hikers who know their pole length and want the lightest folding option. Slimmed-down carbon shafts cut weight and bulk without giving up durability, and speed-cone deployment snaps them together in a second. The ultralight recycled nylon Distance strap breathes and wicks, and the Tech Tips swap between carbide and rubber.
Need to tune length on the fly? The Distance Carbon FLZ Poles add FlickLock+ adjustment, while the Distance Z Poles are the aluminium version.
