The Black Diamond Distance FLZ Poles are folding, adjustable aluminium trekking and running poles that combine Z-Pole packability with FlickLock length tuning. Black Diamond calls them a durable, lightweight trekking machine for trail runs, steep scrambles and long hikes.
They suit hikers and trail runners who want adjustability in a hard-wearing aluminium package. Speed-cone deployment snaps the three sections together, then FlickLock lets you fine-tune length for long climbs and descents. The breathable Distance strap is made from recycled materials, and interchangeable rubber and carbide Tech Tips cover everything from pavement to ice.
Want to shave weight? The Distance Carbon FLZ Poles use the same folding, adjustable design with carbon shafts. Prefer a fixed length? The Distance Z Poles are the aluminium Z-Pole sibling.
