Description
The Precision Fuel & Hydration Flow Bottle is a squeeze bottle built for gel, holding a full pouch of PF&H's Flow Gel so a whole race's worth of carbs rides in one place. Fill it once, then fuel by the number.
It suits cyclists, triathletes and runners who carry a bottle anyway and want their fuel in it. Holding the full pouch means no decanting into several small flasks before the start, and no fiddling with wrappers mid-race. PF&H says they tested every bottle and flask they could get their hands on to pick the ones with the best flow.
Rather carry a soft flask in a vest or shorts pocket? The Flow Flask comes in a full-pouch size and a smaller size for shorter events and training sessions. Both are built around the same Flow Gel, so you can mix and match.
