Have a question?
The Precision Fuel & Hydration Flow Flask is a soft flask for carrying gel, designed for use with PF&H's Flow Gel on long runs, rides and races. Fill it with Flow Gel and PF&H says it makes tracking your carb intake and hitting your numbers easy.
It suits marathoners, triathletes and ultra runners who plan their carbs per hour and want to stick to the plan. Because the flask is built around Flow Gel, you know how much carb went in before you start. PF&H says they tested every bottle and flask they could get their hands on to find the ones with the best flow.
The Flow Flask 300 holds a full pouch of Flow Gel for long days, while the Flow Flask 120 is designed for shorter events and training sessions. Prefer a bottle? The Flow Bottle also holds a full pouch.
