SaltStick FastChews 10-Tab Pack is a pocket-sized pack of chewable electrolyte tablets for long runs, hot races and sweaty training days. No bottle, no mixing, no waiting: chew a couple and keep moving, which makes a pack an easy vest-pocket staple.
Who FastChews are for
They suit long runs, ultras, hot and humid races, and anyone tired of salty drink mixes. SaltStick formulates FastChews to closely mirror the electrolytes you lose in sweat, using gentle sodium citrate, and they start absorbing right in your mouth. They're sweetened with stevia and have no added colour, so the flavour stays light rather than salty.
Chew two tablets every 15 to 30 minutes during activity, adjusting for heat and how much you sweat. Training a lot? The FastChews 60-Tab Bottle is the same chew in a bigger bottle. Prefer to swallow rather than chew? SaltStick Capsules skip the flavour and sweetener entirely.
